This was going to be called “Let Them Eat Cake”…..

I’ve often considered what this meant in practical terms

Photography is about capturing the moment, conveying a mood, an emotion.

So should your photo’s be unique to you or basically a copy of every other customers?

Should there be a price linked to that feeling?

So feeling = cost or cost = feeling or something around those lines?

Capturing a memory that will last forever is how most of photographers sell the idea of using our services over the next photographer, so a memory is priceless right? But we place a price on that? But everything will look the same as all of the other customers before you?

This memory we will offer you is greater than the one you will receive from over there but it will cost you ÂŁ500 more, really?

So, just for context, that’s not what the good photographers will pitch you, the cost isn’t the memory, its the art of being able to achieve that setting, being able to help you into that space which allows the look, the expression, the emotion to be captured by the camera in a light that suits you (well the photographer does a bit of work its not all just camera)

So from a point of view of the service delivered to you by Chapter Tre, it will be unique to you, it won’t be the same lighting, the same pose as everyone else because that’s easy for the photographer and isn’t necessarily you, its their easy image of you.

So when they say let them eat cake in a flippant manner to one group that is likely to be dealt with less fairly than another just purely based upon cost and willingness to spend, Chapter Tre is committed to giving you the best service that you deserve without the price being an issue for you therefore having to compromise on the best image of you.

We’ll give you all cake……..
